We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number.
We shall ensure an immediate revert and do the needful at the earliest.
We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We’ll keep you updated via SMS and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive.
We use multiple carriers to ship orders but will notify you with a tracking number once your order ships.

If you consider that an item is defective and you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, you must first email to email@example.com and describe your problem.
Teeth Whitening results will vary greatly from person to person, depending on the type of teeth or conditions of teeth/stains the user has.
It may take months to completely rid your teeth of tough stains. We are only able to refund purchases when the product is defective, or you qualify for a refund in accordance with the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Subject to the below paragraph, SmiloShine will offer a refund for defective items only if the defective product is returned to us, or you provide us with a video demonstrating (to our satisfaction) that the product is defective, within 7 days of your purchase.
Your claim will be reviewed and if we are satisfied that your product is defective, a refund for the defective product will be issued. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the item being returned via regular post, not express.
Items returned via express is the responsibility of the user and a partial refund of only the actual regular mail will be refunded. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of this.
